Alexia Mandrali, Esq. is of counsel to The Law Firm of Poppe & Associates, PLLC. Alexia’s niche competencies include matrimonial and immigration crossover matters, and matrimonial and family court appeals. Alexia draws from experiences as expert legal counsel for large sophisticated international consulting firms such as Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC as well as two years of experience working with clients as a matrimonial attorney in Brooklyn and New York City.
Originally from Greece, Alexia earned her master’s degree from the University of Montesquieu Bordeaux IV in France and later earned her Masters of Law (LL.M.) from the Benjamin N. Cordozo School of Law in New York where she specialized in Family Law. While in Law School, Alexia was a leader in the Human Rights field and the Holocaust Clinic and completed numerous pro bono Family Law related programs in Brooklyn and New York.
Alexia’s commitment and expertise in Family Law have been recognized, most recently with the nomination from the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) as a Family Law Fellow for the 2014 to 2015 fiscal year.
Alexia’s international exposure is uncharted, providing a valuable international perspective to all legal matters. Alexia is Fluent in French, Italian, Greek (native) and proficient in Spanish. Alexia is licensed to practice in Greece as well as the jurisdictions of New York.
When Alexia isn’t working for her clients, she enjoys traveling, hiking and learning foreign languages.
